What is the Gulu Walk all about?

"On Saturday, people in over 80 cities around the world will take to the streets with a cry for peace in northern Uganda. We call it GuluWalk. The event started with the daily footsteps of just two Canadians, who attempted to draw attention to the horror faced by the children of northern Uganda, who every night must march from their home villages to find shelter in larger towns. In less than 16 months, it has grown into an impassioned worldwide movement for peace." - National Post
